The «Sustainable Future for Youth» project aims to raise awareness about the environment and sustainability among high school students aged 14–20. Within the project, students will prepare seed balls, plant saplings to create a «Monument Forest,» and conduct research on climate change and renewable energy. They will also produce posters and digital content.
Additionally, students will participate in internships at workplaces, carry out field studies and interviews with expert trainers, gain real-world work experience, and learn to implement and promote environmentally friendly practices. Scientix trainings and STEM activities will help students develop essential life skills and problem-solving abilities.
At the end of the five-month project, all activities will be compiled into an e-book and digital magazine, and an application will be submitted to the 2026 STEM Discovery Campaign. This project will strengthen students’ love for nature and contribute to raising environmentally conscious and responsible generations.

The proposed objective with the students of IES Venancio Blanco, with the collaboration of several plant nurseries in Salamanca, is to regenerate the areas shown in the image below by planting trees and other vegetation. We are also working to develop a joint project with the Lorenzo Milani Training Centre, so that their students can produce a design proposal together with ours. We hope this initiative will be successful and that, in the future, this space can continue to grow as a place where we plant trees representing all the countries that visit us through the Erasmus programme, as proposed by our colleague Mar Montero from the Commerce Department.
